Get The Hell Out of Your Life

Sammy The Hollywood Stunt Man: Faith in Motion

Ron Meyers Season 7 Episode 5

Send us a text

Ever feel like you’re moving fast but going nowhere? That’s where we start—then we downshift into a story that trades noise for direction. We sit with Hollywood stunt driver and race car builder Sammy Maloof, a man raised on order and hard work who once chased cash in street races and bar fights. One unexpected introduction led to a prayer on a street corner, a life flipped like a Corvette on cue, and a new way to measure power: not in speed, but in obedience, words, and habit.

Sammy walks us through the mindset that keeps professionals alive when rigs fail and vision whites out—slow the mind, trust the training, and act with intention. He shows how discipline built in childhood became the engine of his calling, and why language is the steering rack of your life. You’ll hear how he quit illegal racing, thanked God for a car he didn’t own, sat in that very GT1 and visualized laps, then received it as a gift weeks later. It’s not superstition. It’s alignment—belief, speech, imagination, and action pulling in the same direction until reality catches up.

We dig into practical faith that operates on set and in the shop: daily appointments in a quiet room with two chairs, guarding words like torque specs, and refusing to let fear make the decisions. Sammy prays for listeners, offers mentorship, and issues a challenge that lingers long after the credits: bridle your tongue, build small faithful habits, and choose direction over speed. If you’ve been drifting, this conversation hands you a map, a wrench, and a reason to pull off and check the alignment.

If this resonates, share it with someone who’s ready to trade rush for purpose. Subscribe, leave a review, and tell us: what one habit will you tune this week?

Ron Meyers:

It's a reminder that if you're drifting, it's time to choose direction. Let's get into it.

Sammy Maloof:

Well, I grew up in San Gabriel, California, and I was very fortunate to have two of the greatest parents that walk this earth. And my father and my mother both, they owned real estate and stuff. We had rental properties. So we got to grow up being taught how to think. And we gotta, we grew up in order. Everything on everything in our house was order. And of course, later on in life, I find out that order is the most accurate arrangement of things. So unbeknownst to my sister, brother, and I, we were being trained daily, getting up, fix your bed, wash your face, brush your teeth, comb your hair, get dressed, get to a breakfast table, eat your breakfast, wash your dishes, dry them, and put them away. So we were always taught the habit. So we just we they decided that habit for us as a child. And that habit carried on through our future and everything my sister, my brother, and myself done. So growing up, I was a little bit of a terror. That would just mean everybody out of this whole world, especially Christians, are gonna have a terror testimony. But I was a little bit different. You know, I grew up at a young age at fourth grade building a go-kart with my brother that did somewhere close to 80 miles an hour in the street. Well, yeah, I tried to jump a golf cart over the watch and it didn't work. As a young kid, you know, growing up, my father and mother, they never ever squashed our dreams. They never forced us that you need to go to college, but they did encourage us to find our gifts and talents at a young age. My father and mother knew that I was very mechanical. Well, my dad was mechanical, you know. He was my dad had garages and gas stations and hot rods before I was even born. So then when we come along, my brother, sister, and I, my father and mother were already into real estate, rental properties, and they had rentals everywhere. They seen at a young age that they had mechanical abilities were inside me. So they never really forced me to do anything other than work in my talent. So when the time came to go to college, I was out of high school, my dad says, What do you think about going to college? So I had already been building race hot rods and street racing and making a lot of money and illegal street racing and bare knuckle barn fighting and arm wrestling. So that's how I was making a lot of money. And I told my dad, I said, you know, look, I really don't want to go to college, but you know what? I will. I went to college for two weeks. And I listened to the teacher tell me how I'm gonna make a hundred thousand dollars a year. So, me, being who I was, I raised my hand and I asked the teacher, how much do teachers make? I mean, if we can if we're gonna make a hundred grand a year, you guys must be more making more than that. He says, We make $36,000. I go, you're gonna teach me how to make $100,000 a year and you're only making $36,000? So my father and mother knew at that time I'm not gonna go to college. So they we got a building. My father, my mother and father, we bought this big building, and they said, Listen, I'm gonna give you six months to make it. Well, at that time, I want to get into stunts, but I had just opened my shop, so I said to myself, I'm gonna give the shop seven years. If I don't make it in seven years in a race car shop, I'm gonna go back to stunts. Ron, you gotta remember I wasn't a Christian at that time. We were raised Orthodox Catholic, but we had great principles and great honor and great respect for our father and mother. And we worked at apartments our whole life. We would go over there and do the yard work and paint and do roofing and plumbing and electrical. And now in my life, I look back and I go, what a gift from God that was to work with my hands constantly to know where I'm at today. I would never have what I have today if it wasn't working knowledge. Now we fast forward to where I have my shop. You know, if you're ever gonna make it line, you know, winners do the things they hate to create something they love. Winners focus on what they're gonna go to, losers focus on what they go through. That's what they never get there. They have the win, they have the winning ability in them, but they got the loser excuse that trumps it. At that point in time in my life, I was still street racing, I was still arm wrestling, I was still bare knuckle barn fighting. And then one day I go to a place in Canoga Park called the Longhorn. And I was gonna go there for one reason. If I wasn't street racing, making I would make two to five grand a week in street racing. If I wasn't making street racing money, then I would go out and arm wrestle or go to a bar and get in a bar fight for money. Well, this one particular evening, I'm in this place called the Longhorn in Canoga Park. I'm not gonna drink. I just want to find a cowboy and maybe him and I can go outside and fight for a few dollars. So I get to the bar and there's a table with a bunch of girls at this table. I'm standing at the bar ordering a cup of ice, and these girls are laughing and giggling, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, they're talking about me. All of a sudden, I'm looking to see who the big cowboy was. And I get this tap on his shoulder, and I look back, and there's this really pretty brunette girl, and she goes, I'm one of the producers at KZLA radio station, country music, and I would like you to be my Christmas escort. I go, I'll tell you what, man, when you sober up, tomorrow you give me a call, and we'll talk about this. Well, Patty calls me. And then she tells me when the Christmas party is, and she tells me she wants me to meet this guy, this morning DJ by the name of Ken Cooper. He has hot rods. So I take her to the Christmas KZLA radio station Christmas party, and we go inside, I meet this guy, Ken Cooper. So we get to talk him right away, and he tells me, Oh, wow, I didn't know he had a hot rod shop. And next thing you know, he goes, I go, Yeah, I go, maybe you can bring your car by sometime. Monday morning at 11 o'clock, he calls me, goes, he goes, Sammy, this is Ken Cooper. I met you last night. I go, hey, Kenny goes, I want to come down and see your shop. So he came down and seen my shop, brought his hot rod, and I'm looking at and I see a bunch of Disneyland stuff done on this thing, a bunch of goofy stuff. So I said, Ken, this is all wrong. He goes, you know, I've heard that from everybody. He goes, everybody tells me it's this, the carburetor, this. I go, so I told him, I go, let me do my things on this car. I'm gonna charge you a diamond. Tell me if it runs better. And it flew when I was done. So he was excited. And every day, Ron, Ken would come out, and Ken would plant seeds in me about the Lord. And then one day he's there and he goes, you know, Sam, he goes, You think you're tough arm wrestling and all the street fighting and street racing. Now I'm thinking he's gonna get hurt. But I just shut, I just shut my mouth. And Ron, let me tell you something. When the righteous man's footsteps are ordered by the Lord, the individual that he went to, not only does he want what he says, he needs what he says. So I just sat there. I knew I needed what this man was gonna tell me. I just didn't know how. I don't know nothing about Christianity. It was a Catholic. I went to church for two reasons. Girls and your folks make you. So Ken starts talking to me, and he goes, if you really want to know what power is, it'll hit you like you've never been hit. I he grabbed my hand on the corner of San Gabriel Boulevard in London, and I repeated a prayer after him. And the moment I repeated that prayer, something came out of me, and something came in me. When I renounced Satan, the bitterness, the anger, the urge to be a street fighter, street racer, own my slur, go to bar knuckle fighting and all, it all left, instantly left. And when Christ came in, I'll tell you something, I just wanted to hold everybody and love them and take care of them. In one hundred of a second, I was transformed. And at that time, Ken started mentoring me. I started going to Pastor Jack Shayford's church, I got myself a Bible, I started cutting people out of my life. So now as a week goes by, two weeks go by, I'm on my way to a street race. And on the way out there, God says, if you quit street racing, I will give you a race car. So now I'm just driving. I get there, I unload my 68 Z28 Camaro off the trailer, and no sooner I shut it off, God says, obey the laws of the land, and I will give you a race car. So I instantly knew that was my heavenly father. I get my truck, I start it up, and I come back to my shop and I'm praising the Lord. Father, I thank you for my race car. A week goes by, no race car. Two weeks go by, still no race car. One day I'm walking out of my engine room, and there's a Road Race GT1 car that's been sitting in my shop for about six years at the time. And it belonged to a gentleman by the name of Sam G. Greco. So I walked out of my engine room and I looked at that car, and the desire to own that car wells up inside of me, like, no tomorrow. I looked at that and I go, God, is that the car you want me to have? And God says, Call him and ask him to sell you that car. So I called him up. He goes, No, we'll never get rid of that car. It's been in our family too long. It's raced at Riverside. We'll never even get rid of it. I said, Thank you, Mr. G, anyway. I hung up. So I go to my shop, I'm working in the engine room. I come out, and God says, faith without corresponding action is dead. Get in that car and see yourself driving it. Now, Ron, I've got employees working for me here. And I'm in the car acting like I'm racing this car. I'm going through the gears and there's no transmission. I'm seeing myself doing it. I get out of the car and God says, This is of me. Put your hands on this car and claim it. So I says, Father, in the name of Jesus, I believe this is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I believe this is the car you want me to have. And I thank you for it in Jesus' name. Amen. Every day I walk by that car. Father, I thank you for my car. A week goes by, two weeks go by, and Mr. G comes in. I go, Mr. Gina Greco, how are you? He goes, you know, Sam, he goes, you've done a lot for our family. I'm going to give you that race car. I walked out there. I go, Father, I thank you for my car. I've raced that car for 30-some years now. If I could encourage anybody when they're first starting out as a Christian, this is what I did. I knew how Satan worked after I became a Christian. I knew how his schemes and methods worked. But I wanted to know God the very first day, like I knew the world. So this is what I did. I had a beautiful two-bedroom house. My back bedroom was empty. I put two chairs in that back bedroom, Ron. One chair was for Jesus, and one chair was for me. And I told God, Father, I will meet you there tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. It's one thing maybe to meet with the president of the United States, maybe. It's another thing to be meeting with the creator of the universe. So now I shower, I shave, I'm up, I walk in that room at 6 a.m., shut the door, I sit down in one chair and there's an empty chair in front of me. So I just start praising the Lord. And I'm gonna tell you something. When God marks you, nobody can take it away. If God's not in something, you can't start it. If God is in it, nobody can stop it. Ever since then, I have got supernatural testimonies. The word of God is supernatural. It's still alive. Hebrews 13, 8. I am the same yesterday, same forever. God did it back then, he'll do it today, and he does it forever. Problem with most people are they don't understand how the enemy works. The greatest type of assassin is the one who conceals his identity. Satan has no power. When Satan was thrown out of heaven, he was stripped from all spiritual discernment. Check this out. God said to know me, you must know me in spirit and truth. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. And nobody can go to the heavens. Nobody can go to the Father. Nobody can get there unless they go through him. Satan doesn't have Christ, the Holy Spirit, or God, three in one, so he can't even get there. But yet, somehow, some way, it always winds up in the pulpit. Well, God's allowing this to happen. God's in charge of this world. No, he's not. If God's in charge of the world, he's doing a lousy job. Quit blaming him. God says, My kingdom is not of this world. He left Adam in charge. Adam gave it to Satan. God couldn't create another Adam because everything was polluted now. He couldn't take the power that he gave to Adam away from Satan because it wasn't his to take back. So he said, This I'm gonna send myself and I'm gonna walk on this earth to demonstrate to everybody how Adam was supposed to walk. So what did God do? He became the infant, the child, the teenager, and then the adult. The same way we were born. It was God's blood that covered. And it was God that walked the earth and a body called Christ. In the book of John, it says, in the beginning was the word. The word was with God, the word was God. The 14th verses, God became flesh and walked on the earth in a body called Christ. He did it to demonstrate to us. So what I did, I duplicated God. Everything he does, I do. Because he said in John 14, 12, first of all, I personalize that Bible as if God's talking to me. Samuel Maluth, yes, sir. If I live in you, the work that I do, you're gonna do also and greater. I said, Yes, I receive that, my heavenly father. God's no respecter of persons, he's a respecter of his word. That's the God I serve. He said signs and wonders will follow the believer. All things are possible to those who believe. On the movie Fast and Furious 2, I'm the cat driving the convertible Corvette. The 18-wheeler runs over the Mustang, kicked out the Corvette, kicked out the Mustang. I'm supposed to drill this car with the Corvette I'm driving. I pray about this before the stunt takes place. God tells me, do not use a harness belt. Of course I'm not going to use a harness belt. Yes, Lord. Why? Because there's no roll cage in the car. When there's no roll cage, I put a harness belt on. I'm subject to the belt, especially in a convertible. I want to be able to put a grab strap on the floor. The car goes to get upside down, reach down there, grab the strap, and pull myself to the floor. But in this case, it's a 2002 Corvette. There's a console in the middle. There's a camera rig right next to me. I couldn't go to a grab strap if I wanted to. But God told me do not use a harness belt. So I didn't. Then he told me to put angels around my car. Within one second, I cannot see what's going on because the special effect from the truck is going in my face. Now you gotta remember, I can't see one thing. My radio is between my legs, tugger's yelling on the radio, Terry, we can't see. Sammy can't see. Nobody can see. I'm not gonna stop. I'm going 55 miles an hour. There's cars behind me. If I hit my brakes, they can't see. They're gonna stack them up. The cable cutters go off. Boom! Dynamite blows, the cut cables get cut, the car hits the ground, the Mustang. The truck keeps going away. I'm going, where's the car? Because I can't see the car. It's special effects. It's like a white, a white wall. So I start putting my throttle down. 55, 65, 70. I see a corner of that Mustang and I throttle the car. I T-bone that Mustang with that Corvette, and my Corvette goes straight up in the air and flips on the convertible roof and crushes it to the ground. And not one here on my head was touched. They come too late to tell me about the power of God. Same thing on Fast and Furious 3. How did you get into stunt driving? In the book of Jeremiah 1, it says, God said, I knew you before I put you in the stomach of your mother. There isn't an individual in this world, in the universe. There is not a scientist, there's not a Bible scholar, there's nobody in this world that can read the Bible and get understanding without Christ living in their heart. It says in 1 Corinthians 2.14, your natural man does not receive things of the Spirit of God, nor can they know them because they are spiritually discerned. So people that say they know God or know the Word of God, but yet they're not a Christian. They're liars. You could know of God, but knowing of God and knowing God is two different things. So Psalms 37.4 says, Delight yourself in the Lord, and I give you your heart's desire. My heart's desire always wanted to be building race cars and doing stunts. So God gave me that desire. It's up to you to discover it from God. There's a lot of people on this earth, they're existing because they've not found out their purpose in life, their gifts, their talents, their vision, their calling. They have not found it out. So they just exist. To just exist. When God said, I knew you before I put you in the stomach of your mother, that should end every abortion case in the world. So when it comes to knowing your heavenly father, when you know him, you will know your purpose in life. So yes, that's how I knew. How I was going to achieve it, it didn't matter. God says the door he opens for me, no one will close. All as I had to do, Ron, was Matthew 6.33. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and then all these things will be added unto you. He said, Acknowledge me in all your ways, I direct your path. That's Proverbs 3.6. So everything I've got today in life, everything, Ron, it all came from my heavenly father.

Ron Meyers:

So, Sammy, if somebody listening says, Well, I haven't discovered my purpose. I don't have the desires like Sammy does, what would you tell that person?

Sammy Maloof:

People don't know who they really are until they hear it from their heavenly father. A person can't love until they hear how much God loves them. You can't give until you see what God gave you. Because the God of this age blinds our mind. The Bible says it. Satan's the father of the air who blinds the minds of the people. Satan's job is to interject thoughts in people's heads. The challenge with most people is they listen to too many people rather than seek God and find out who God is. And if they do seek them and they don't hear something in one one hundredth of a second, they say there's no such thing as God. Look, you are a spirit. You have a soul, and you live in a vehicle called the body. Your soul is made up of your mind, your will, and your emotion. The soul is the battlefield, the drafting room, the imaginary room, the arena. That's the only place the enemy can play with.

Ron Meyers:

So, Sammy, if somebody listening says, I want what Sammy has. I want to have that fire and that passion for life. How do they do it? I'll tell you what.

Sammy Maloof:

You get anybody that wants that, you have them call me. I will pray for them. I'll mentor them. And I promise you, the two biggest tragedies an individual ever face in life. Number one, leave the earth without knowing where you're going. And number two, is leave the earth without fulfilling your heart's desire, vision, calling, or purpose. That means you just existed. That's another tragedy. So, yes, I would be willing to sit and mentor them and talk to them and show them how to hear from God.

Ron Meyers:

Well, you pray right now for our listeners, just for whatever the Lord puts on your heart.

Sammy Maloof:

Yes. Father, in the name of Jesus, that boldly go into the thronum of grace. Father, your word declares to me, which there's two or three gathered in your name, here you are in the midst. And if just two shall agree upon anything, it shall be done. Father, you have multiple thousands of children out there. I don't know their needs. You do. Father, I'm asking you now to send spirit-filled, born again, tongue-talking, faith-walking, Christian across your children's path. But I'm asking you first, Father, to please prepare their hearts to receive. I bind the spirit of division, bitterness, resentment, anger, hate, unforgiveness. I bind oppression, oppression, condemnation. I bind the spirit of condemnation. I bind the spirit of unbelief. I bind it, I bind the spirit of confusion. Father, I ask you to unzip the window of your children's heart and go deep inside and curb, courage the heart. It's the time they were little, when they opened that window of their heart and trusted the very person, and that person hurt them. And Father, as you showed me years ago, time doesn't heal. If time heals, then God's unnecessary. Father, it's only you that can heal the broken heart, the wounded heart, the hopelessness. Tell your children they are forgiven, and the sins are blotted out their life. As far as the East is from the West, the transgressions are gone. And Father, as you said, you never remember, you never remember, you never remember a stuff of God. Father, I'm asking you to do me a favor today. The ones that are hurting financially, the ones that are hurting because of the loved ones, not homeless, the ones that are discouraged, I'm asking you to let's tell me.

Ron Meyers:

Media?

Sammy Maloof:

Yes, I am. You can reach me at Sammy Maloof.com and everything should be on that one site. I mean, they can go to YouTube, Sammy Maloof, see a bunch of stunts and a bunch of stuff, but Sammy Maloof.com has everything. You can also look us up at Winning at the Race of Life, but Sammy Maloof.com usually has everything you need to know to get to me.

Ron Meyers:

How many movies have you been in as a stunt uh driver?

Sammy Maloof:

As a stuntman or fight, falls on fire, but my specialty is car stunts. So I don't know, maybe I can recap some of them. Rush Hour, Wow Wow West, Enemy of the State, Three Kings, Gone in 60 Seconds, The Benjamin's The Crew, Pilot Called The Fugitive.

Speaker 5:

Wow.

Sammy Maloof:

Benjamin's Crew, the Fugitive, Fast and Furious 2, Fast and Furious 3, Mission Impossible 4, Rock of Ages, Step of Four, Magic City, Burning Notice, Charlie's Angels, Transporter 2, I don't know, Monkey Bone. There's a bunch of them. I don't know. I I got some of them I remembered, but I've got to ask you this.

Ron Meyers:

What's the fastest you've ever been going in one of your cars?

Sammy Maloof:

I've gone over 200 miles an hour.

Ron Meyers:

But no matter what you've done, and all the stunts and all the Hollywood people you've met, there's nothing that can touch a relationship with God, is there?

Sammy Maloof:

Let me tell you something. This is what I tell him. I'm a Hollywood stunt man. I build race cars, but most of all, I'm a Christian. And my heavenly father always comes first. He's first and foremost before anything or anyone in my life. If God said it, I don't give a flying flip who believes it's settled.

Ron Meyers:

You are a ball of fire, Sammy. I am fired up after listening to you. Now, thank you. In closing, if there's something you feel you need to tell the listeners, please do.

Sammy Maloof:

Okay. Let's just go right to the scripture, okay? First of all, in the book of James 1, verse 5, it says, a double-minded person is unstable in all their ways. Double-minded that's in the mind. Satan plays with the mind. Always remember, amen means so be it. No, since you say amen, Satan goes, yeah, but what if? What is he saying? Satan always starts a conversation with an accusation. God always starts conversations with communication. God speaks to the heart, Satan speaks to the mind. Number one. Number two, Mark 11, 22. It says, have faith in God. A literal translation is the faith of God or the God kind of faith. What's the God kind of faith? Light be and there's light. Peace be filled, and it's filled. Mark 1123 says, if you have as much faith as a mustard seed, you shall faith to a mountain. Be removed and cast into the sea. And shall not doubt in your heart. But believe those things you say shall come to pass. You will have whatever you say. The Bible says you have what you say. God never put a higher emphasis nor caution on anything other than words. He said by your word you're justified. And by your own words, you condemn yourself. It's not because in your mouth that defiles you, it's what comes out. He said you're stirred by your words, and then he says, You will have what you say. What say you think if you don't want it? He said in Romans 4 17, all those things that are not as though they are. If you're gonna get anywhere in the Word of God for victorious life, you're gonna have to bridle the thing under your nose called the tongue. James has a whole lot to say about that. The Bible says we all stumble in many things. If we don't stumble in words, we are a perfect man. That means complete, able to bridle the whole body from stumbling. So, yes, if people would ask and want to talk to me about something, I start with words. God framed the world with his words. He created you in your image, in his own image. You're framing your world right now with your words. People come to me and they want me to pray for them, no sooner I get done praying, especially if they're overweight and they go, no sooner I get done praying, they look at them like I gained 10 pounds just looking at that. I just got done praying. You've stopped your own blessing with your words. I have so much to say about words. My whole life I live off of words.

Ron Meyers:

Sammy Maloof, you are a blessing. You are a bright light. You're out in California, and well, one of these days we're gonna see what we can do to get you into the Gulf Coast area and maybe bring one of your race cars. I know you do that.

Sammy Maloof:

I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what, you let me know, I'll bring my stunt car, and we'll put on a big stunt show, and we'll give a bunch of kids and people rides, and and let me have a place that I can speak to them first. Get an auditorium, I'll speak to them, and then we'll give them stunt rides. Sounds good, rides in a stunt car. Rise in a stunt car. Not a stunt car ride, but rides in a stunt car.

Ron Meyers:

Well, brother, thank you for your time. Thank you, Sammy. I know you're busy. Uh, you're working on any big projects right now, race cars?

Sammy Maloof:

Yeah, I got a couple drag race motors, boat motors, and and of course, we have our own reality show. So it's been it's been really good. We're we I'm always busy, but I'm always available for you or your listeners. Just call. What's your reality show? It's called Drive Hard the Malou Play. It's about my family, my daughters, and my extended family that's with me, Janine and everybody. And and it's about racing, stunts, and and what we do for a living.

Ron Meyers:

Thank you so much for your time.

Announcer:

You're listening to Get the Hell Out of Your Life with your host, Ron Myers. Real stories, real struggles, and real hope.

Speaker 5:

Jesus, Jesus. What do you think of when you hear that name? Jesus, Jesus, life, light, hope, Joe, Joe, Jesus, Jesus, all how do you get the hell out of your life?

Announcer:

Get on your knees and cry out to the Lord. He hears you right where you are. How to get the hell out of your life? Well, you replace it with Jesus. We gotta be born again, born of the Spirit, and that's by trusting Jesus Christ, turning from our sins, and trusting Jesus. How do you get the hell out of your life? Oh gosh.

Ron Meyers:

Jesus. Jesus, Jesus.

Sammy Maloof:

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.

Announcer:

Turn to Jesus.

Ron Meyers:

Boy, I loved talking with Sammy. You know, you hear the interview, but him and I probably talked for a few hours. And what stands out about Sammy's story isn't just what he's done, it's how he lives. He didn't stumble into excellence, he practiced it. He didn't chase moments, he built habits. And when chaos showed up on the track or on the film set, he wasn't guessing. He was prepared. From the GT1 road race to high risk stunt sequences where rigging failed and visibility disappeared, Sammy showed us how professionals manage risk. Slow the mind, trust the training, and act with intention. His safety calculus, his discipline, his focus reveals something deeper. That faith doesn't remove danger, but it does sharpen clarity. More than that, Sammy reminded us that words matter. What you speak, visualize, and act on steers your life, just like a steering rack guides a car. Many people drift simply because they never stop long enough to listen. Through daily quiet time, and I loved it when he talked about pulling up two chairs, one for him and one for Jesus. Through daily quiet time, intentional language and conversations with Jesus and the obedience in the small things, Sammy aligned belief with behavior and blessing followed the work, not by accident, but by design. And now through mentorship, prayer, and upcoming projects like Drive Hard, the Maloof Way, he's passing that wisdom on, inviting others like you to drive with purpose instead of noise. If today's episode spoke to you, here's the takeaway. You don't need more speed. You need direction. Purpose isn't found in the rush, it's uh revealed in the quiet. When you slow down long enough to listen, when you discipline your habits, when you bridle your words and do the work in front of you, clarity follows. Maybe today is your moment to pull off the road, to check the alignment to trade adrift for drive. Sammy prayed for you, the listener today. And I want to echo what Sammy said that you would discover who you are, why you are here, and the courage to move forward with intention. I want to thank you. I just love spending time with you each week. Thank you for being a part of this community of real stories, real struggles, and real hope. I'll be back next week with another Grace-Filled Conversation right here on Get the Hell Out of Your Life. Available wherever you listen to the podcast. Until then, have your conversations with Jesus and drive with her.
